I am very pleased with it and I gave it to my best friend Christine when she came to stay for her Chrissie present from me.
I wonder if she ate it all the way home?
I made 4 of these 4"x4" fruit cakes in October and they have been maturing - with a little sherry!
For this first one, I decided to do a Winter Wonderland Theme, using pale blue and white icing. I then cut out various sized flower shapes and added silver balls to their centres.
Pretty and delicate I think.

I put it in this christmassy cake box I found at sugarcraft.
Only 3 more cakes to decorate....
